The Outpost is a dedicated space for parish and diocesan leaders to step away from the day-to-day demands of ministry and gather intentionally in different locations across the Diocese. More than just a meeting, The Outpost is a rhythm of connection—an opportunity to collaborate across parishes, exchange practical ideas, and strengthen one another in the shared mission of evangelization and creating missionary disciples.

Each gathering creates space for honest conversation, problem-solving, and vision casting. Leaders are welcome to bring their work as we have time for co-working; ministers are also invited to bring both their successes and their challenges to the table, learning from one another’s experiences and discovering creative solutions together.
